Great vacation resort. Only issue was that the tiki restaurant is open to public and a homeless man was there asking for money. Think they should make the beach area and tiki restaurant exclusive to the people in resort.

Our plane landed in Miami and we received a message from the property that our room reservation was CANCELED !! They said they were overbooked! Perhaps they should look up the definition of “reservation“. They said we could stay at another resort that was massive and unacceptable- 80 degrees in the room, no Wi-Fi, screaming kids everywhere, tv didn’t work, No sheets and 1 flat pillow for the pull out couch, lines of customers at the front desk with issues they could not resolve.

Our stay at Tranquility Bay Resort in Marathon, Florida was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly, professional, and attentive service. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and stunning waterfront views.
We also appreciated the hotel's well-managed policies, which help maintain a quiet, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests. It's clear that the resort values both guest comfort and quality service, creating an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
The grounds are immaculate, the pools are clean and inviting, and the private beach is the perfect place to unwind. Every detail contributed to a memorable stay.
If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway in the Florida Keys with exceptional hospitality and high standards, I highly recommend Tranquility Bay Resort. We had an outstanding experience and look forward to returning.

Make sure that you do not order breakfeast from the butterfly cafe. What a horrible experience.

The rooms were great…plenty of room in the villa for a family of four. Loved having multiple bathrooms, too. The kitchen made it easy to eat breakfast and lunch in the room, so we only needed to eat out for dinner. I wish the beach area had been bigger and that there was less sea grass in the swimming area. We were kind of on top of other people in the designated swimming area.
