The ceiling was leaking water like a waterfall , called front desk maintenance basically said nothing , the kitchen was in no use because of all the water, and because of the fear of falling.Not satisfied at all, even when I gave them a chance to fix it they ignored the issue.

Luxury price for bare minimum

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 11 a.m. and the rooms were not ready until 4pm. Other guests were waiting and upset for the same reason. Ironically, we asked for an extended checkout on the morning of our last day and they said they could only extend a half hour because people were checking into our room.
The photos shown for the room we reserved show that the one bedroom king ocean view room had floor to ceiling windows going out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. What we actually received was a room with narrow windows screwed shut with a sign stating “Windows must remain closed at all times” and no balcony. The listing for the room should show accurate photos reflecting this!
You will spend a lot of time waiting at the elevator for….
1. More towels because you are a family of 4 and they either gave you no beach towels in the room or you have 2;
2. You have an ice bucket in the room but no ice, no ice machine that you are allowed to get ice yourself – it must be handed to you;
3. To ask for an extended check out time;
4. and because no one picks up the phone at the front desk to get any of the above mentioned items delivered to your room;
The rooftop fence had an area that was open so that child could fall through.
We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the fact that there were always lounge chairs available
The hotel will also hold your bags in the event that your room is not ready or you have a late flight and want to explore the town.
There is a continental breakfast (coffee, orange juice, croissants, bread, cream cheese, butter, oranges, sometime granola bars; frosted flakes in a dispenser; yogurt, etc.
We paid a luxury price for the bare minimum.
I regret my stay here.

Amazing gem of a boutique hotel on Ocean Drive
It's spacious
It's clean
It's not outdated
It's overflowing with free amenities
It literally was a very pleasant and most unexpected surprise
And Axl the GM (give the man a raise!) was absolutely lovely in assisting me with my check in request and is a solid reason alone that I would more than happily stay at the Bentley again!! Thank you! <3

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. The facilities in the hotel were great including the roof top pool. It is located across the road from the beach which is brilliant. I can not praise this hotel
Enough and it was so refreshing to arrive here after staying at another hotel near by which was not great. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone whether you are a solo traveller or travelling with family. Also the free breakfast was a great touch with hot and cold options available as was the free champagne happy hour daily. Hands down one of the best hotels in Miami to stay in.

The Hotel managers are always in touch and the team are very amazing guys, a special thanks for Mr. Mariano…. Every time I had a request they tried hard to solve
