It was perfect for what I needed.
Close to the location where I needed to be. Had all the necessities that I needed and parking was a plus. I would recommend to others looking for a comfortable and affordable place close to everything.

So before I get here I’m told it’s a 150 dollar deposit. Nowhere where I booked on the third party app does it say so. So I call tell them tell I don’t have it on my card can I give what I got and put the rest on the card I’m told no. So I ask for a refund since I booked for 10 days and told no again. No accommodation no anything done. I end up driving putting the money on the card and get to my room. I’m in room 3 as soon as I open the door just the number on the door is exactly how many roaches I see dead in plain site. Big roaches almost the size of lizards. I tell them now for the third time I need a refund I refuse to stay here.Denied they wanted to not give me any money back and forced me to either lose my money or stay here. I then get switch to room 4 and no remote for the tv so it was loud and u couldn’t turn it down and also couldn’t watch tv because u can’t change the channel. I told them about this so now I’m just fed up. I take a shower and the floors has some leak everytime water is ran it tracks thru the whole studio. Idk how but water just seemed to follow me. So now no tv roach infestation and now in the morning I’m dealing with people bouncing and running back and forth over my head. I was in town for business and I can honestly say my whole trip was messed up couldn’t sleep barely wind down and just the money hungry and forcing somebody to stay in a dirty place was insane to me. No money was offered back at all and I left early this was sad.

I stayed at Krym Studios in Wynwood, and while the location is definitely a plus, right in the heart of Wynwood- the overall experience didn’t match the price point.
From the outside, the property looks much older than what the listing photos suggest, which was disappointing on arrival. The interior was decent, but for what I paid, I expected a much higher level of quality and upkeep.
The furniture was just okay and noticeably worn, giving it a used feel rather than a well-maintained space. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated, and the kitchen area was functional. However, having two refrigerators- one older unit with visible rust and a smaller mini fridge, felt mismatched and below expectations.
What really stood out in a negative way was the maintenance. The toilet seat wasn’t even properly secured, it was missing screws and detached from the toilet, which is a basic issue that should have been addressed before any guest arrival.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but for the price, I expected better amenities, proper maintenance, and a more polished experience.

There was nothing comfy nor chic about the studio I stayed in. The pictures are deceptive. The property is run-down and the room needs a serious renovation. The decoris not chic, terrible, and nothing matches. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The wall behind the bed has visible signs of water damage from the AC, which is EXTREMELY loud might I add. The bathroom is tiny, has mold on the ceiling and there's no shower glass to prevent the floor from getting wet. .

We had a great time at the apartment! It is surrounded by SO many things to do and there’s so much art on the buildings to see. Parking was easy and it felt private and secure for Miami. The host was also super quick to respond for any questions and even sent me recommendations for places to go eat! I would stay again in a heartbeat!! 100 out of 5 stars.
