The views of the Grand Tetons are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the Blue Herron Lounge for outdoor drinks, first class dining and mountain views in The Mural Room [our server Emma was amazing], and breakfast at the Pioneer Grill! Highly recommend all, even the coffee cart was great! All the staff seemed to love their jobs and were so helpful [Thanks Jenna for a very easy check in]. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved the outdoor patio, comfortable beds, clean room, and close access to everything. The activity concierge was extremely helpful with day hikes and other expeditions. Hope to be back again soon!

I'm not one to give bad reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. I have to say we were terribly disappointed in our stay at the Jackson Lodge. The lodge itself was beautiful and maybe if we had had a room there it would have been different. But we stayed in one of the "cottage rooms" and for the money it was not what we expected. For over $500/night you would expect more. There wasn't a TV which isn't that big of a thing, but again for the money it would have been nice. There also wasn't any air conditioning and I guess this summer was unusually hot so historically it's not needed. They did have a ceiling fan which helped and they can't control the weather so I'm not that upset about there not being air conditioned. But what was the worst is that the bathtub drain was stopped up and didn't drain. You had to stand in yucky bath water while you showered. It was rather disgusting. Maybe if the price wasn't so steep I could overlook all of these things. But for a lodge as nice as this one and for the price they charge, they should offer more amenities and make sure the rooms are maintained.

Nice place except for very low water pressure and pioneer restaurant food was not good at all . Muriel room food was very good.

Room was ready when we arrived, clean and well kept. The fan in the room is a nice touch with the recent hot temps. We ate at the Mural room and drinks in the Blue Heron where we saw elk and moose at dusk. Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay at Jackson Lake Lodge. The view from the lobby area is absolutely stunning. The cabins are cute and clean. The outdoor pool is nice and they provide nice, fluffy towels for use while you are there. There is a large pool as well as a kiddie pool. We tried a few of the restaurants on the property and they were all good with excellent service. We found the service was impeccable while we were there - with everyone from the woman who checked us in to the pool attendants to the man who brought extra towels to our room (within minutes of calling for them) to the restaurant staff. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others and hope to come back for a return stay.
