Good for the price

Found this when I stopped for fuel at Love's. I did not have a reservation, was very, very tired. Good room, great price.
The soap dispensers were empty, the little bars were too small. Not enough towels or washcloths.
No vending machines to get a coke or candy bar from.
Continental breakfast advertised, none found.
PLEASE mop your floors in-between guests, they were filthy!
Quiet other than they put me next to a guy on a very LOUD Harley, and at 6 am, he decided to let it run for 10 minutes before he left. Very rude!

Terrible

Had issue with the bathroom first night. Toilet stopped up without using the rest room. Second night not hot water apparently for the whole place. No hot showers. Construction debris scattered in several parking spots, scraps of wood, dry wall and other items. Have stayed at this Motel several times in the past, with no issues. Contacted the owner, who advised they had a technical issue. Officered to refund one night, however now back tracking. I can rest assured that I will never stay at this place again.

Filthy

Reserved through booking.com. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Carpet was filthy, mold around toilet bowl and door handles extremely dirty. Vanity sink would not drain. Bad odor. Bad outside lighting and parking lot was unkept. Looked like the ceilings could fall due to leaks.

the bed is way better like top notch!

I really like the bed in my room and the cleanliness, I came up to Petit Jean State Park and decide to stay a night and I did extend my stay like an end moment as I saw a chopper landing next to the hotel and enquire the staff what I got to know that a couple here for brunch at yesterday's restaurant which is right on next spot, I walked up over there as it was walking trails it was really good food up there, came back to the hotel and extend my stay and explore the downtown felt like a retro life up here.
Had a great weekend. a summer visit places are nice up here

Morrilton Inn management

I would rate this Inn lower,but able to. The manager/owner was very rude, unpleasant and not willing to be of any help. I had made reservations then drove sixteen hours and was told I had to wait four hours before checking in. I was able to check into an other Inn within fifteen minutes without reservations.
