They issue “day passes” to local residents who take over the pool/hot tub and bring down the experience
More of a motel than a hotel. On a rainy day do not expect to be able to use the pool or hot tub. They issue “day passes” to local residents who take over the pool and the chairs and set up a day bar. We appeared to be the only people actually staying at the Nantucket Inn and had we had to share chairs while locals maintained possession of the chairs with their bags and snacks. Brings down the whole experience .There are plenty of options in Nantucket. For these long if prices, don’t select Nantucket Inn.

Everything was amazing top tier. Great service and great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nantucket trip
Stayed here after a wedding. Location is right across the street from the airport. Shuttles to downtown and beach hourly. Room was sparse but ok . Needs a desk and chair. Staff was very friendly except the crabby patty that works the register at breakfast. Also, Lyft is about 1/2 to 2/3 of Uber.

We absolutely loved the hotel! We were concerned at first that it wasn’t located in the downtown area but the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the Surfside Beach & tho downtown. The airport is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. (A five minute walk).
Our only complaint is that the fitness center but it appeared the airconditioning was broken. The thermostat read 77 degrees and it most most uncomfortable.
Lisa and Carissa were excellent front desk attendants and greeted us with a smile and were so very efficient and kind. Balford & Chris were exceptionally personable. We loved our stay and plan to return!!
