New Ownership

I’m the property engineer for this motel and others in this business. We have remodeled all the rooms and are pet friendly. Come stay with us and you won’t be disappointed.

Gross.

It’s honestly just gross. 0 starts the owner or handy man is gross and on drugs. The whole motel stinks they have bugs…it says renovated but its just gross and outta date..they also have a thing in the contract that says they can enter your room whenever they feel and to me that’s that’s against privacy

An Unexpected Nice Clean Hotel

OK. So you have to admit that staying at a hotel called Budget Hotel, you are not expecting the same level of accommodations as say a Holiday Inn. BOY WAS I SURPRISED!
Just came home from a 3 night stay in Wellsville NY. After being GREAT.Y DISAPPOINTED after being taken advantage of at the local Microtel, I had to find another place to stay. So I tried the BUDGET INN on Andover Road. I have to say the room was HUGE, at least triple the size of the room at the Microtel. The water in the bath was extremely hot, and I did not have to ask for towels (as I did at the Microtel).
The room had 2 beds, plus a table with 2 chairs, which I did NOT have at the Microtel. There was off street parking, and the area is super quiet - problem sleeping.
Neither motel offers a gym, laundry,pool, picnic area,etc., so there is absolutely NO reason to stay at the Microtel.
Microtel needs to take a lesson from the Budget Hotel. At less than one third the price, the Budget Hotel is a clean, friendly choice in the area.

Stay elsewhere!

This is my third time staying at this motel and it gets worse every time. The floors are uneven and the toilet seemed to be only a few inches off the floor. Okay if your really short but not in my case. Parking lot appears to have so many holes it looks as if the AirForse could use it for a bombing run. This was my third visit and my last! Price is about 35dollars overpriced. I wouldn't stay there again for free. A bulldozer could do it a big favor.

Hotel from hell.

Worst place that I have ever stayed. Very dirty. Smelled so bad that we had to go to local store to get disinfectant spray. We ended up sleeping ontop of bed spread because we was afraid to crwal under the covers. Felt just as dirty in the morning as we did before we took a shower the night before. My wife and I honestly thought of sleeping in the truck. Place is disgusting.
