My dad had a medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate including after checkout when we were storing our luggage. Thanks so much!!

The whole place is a little old and worn but a great location and clean room for a fair price…my only complaint is that the elevator was next to our room and made horrendous noises that made the time in room unpleasant. When brought to the front desk attention, there was no response. A good spot in the heart of midtown🗽

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 57! Our first room was super comfortable and spacious but we unfortunately had a leaky AC, so they upgraded us to the 15th floor so they could fix it. Our new room was even more spacious and had a balcony with a view of the Chrysler Building! Extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a stay in NYC!

Wonderful hotel

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Nice beds, bedding and pillows. Just wonderful. We will stay here again!

The room was clean. The a.c was solid. The shower handles need a little bit of maintenance and the solid seat was kind of shaky.
