Five Star Experience in NYC Upper West Side!

Katharine at the front desk began our AMAZING weekend at Hotel Beacon! She welcomed us and upgraded us to a gorgeous King Executive Studio room on an high floor! Everyone was kind and helpful, from the doorman to the bellmen and front desk and housecleaning staff.
Our room on the 23 rd floor is incredible…the expansive views extending to Central Park we can see from our king sized bed. The marble bathroom, complete with rainfall shower and waffle robes is the height of luxury. The kitchenette is convenient for heating up our leftovers from the area fine dining or the Fairway market across the street!
The room has beautiful luxury touches such as a garment steamer and amenities kit. The A/C works great, the water pressure and temp is great, the bedding and pillows are comfortable and sparkling clean…I can’t say enough good things about our room.
Hotel Beacon is our new favorite getaway destination, perfect for us as empty nesters to enjoy our time together in New York City. We definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed very comfortable and shower fine. Nice to have small kitchen in the room.

The room was clean and quiet. Lovely staff and I enjoyed the walk to the park through the beautiful neighborhood

Stayed for 6 nights in a 1-BR suite and it was great to have the extra living space and a fridge.
We were there during a heat wave/also smoke from fires in Canada, and the air conditioning had no issues.
Housekeeping was great - the rooms we very clean and they changed out dirty dishes every day, gave us new towels if requested - etc. - they were very friendly and accessible. Front desk and staff were also very friendly.
Even though we were on the 4th floor overlooking Broadway it was indeed quiet.

Comfortable and clean, upgraded to suite which was appreciated! Great neighborhood, easy access into Central Park and Fairway market across the street. Was there with family decades ago, just as nice this time with sister!
