Front desk ladies were amazing always ready to help when needed. But let me brag about the cookie man he baked amazing fresh cookies daily that were put out for guest through out the day . Great stay!

One night stay but a few hiccups.
Door into entry of room was completely filthy, look like the exorcist happened outside. Inside the room was fine other than very dated furniture and paint/wallpaper. No extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The staff solved that ASAP! Great job there! Carpet was dirty and we decided to double check the beds. Phew! No bugs. In my opinion there is probably better options in the vacinity for the price
This should be more in the $165-180 of a hotel so know before you go ..

Nice space and staff but gardeners woke us up before 8am
We liked the staff, but there were a few problems. I think it needs some upgrades, especially of refrigerators and air conditioners/heaters and elevators. One of the people in our group had the air conditioner break down and it couldn't be fixed, it made a horrible unbearable noise and they had to move which was very inconvenient. Also their refrigerator made so much noise in the middle of the night they had to move it and unplug it. Also they got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. Also on Saturday morning, the gardeners made a huge racket especially with loud leaf blowers before 8am. They woke us up. They must have started at 7am. Why would a hotel let gardeners do that? I talked to the front desk about it and they didn't seem to know what to do about it. They could have started at 10am instead of 7am. This is a hotel where people sleep. Breakfast was fine and there was a nice big sitting area for it. We liked the space in our unit with a separate bedroom and kitchen and living room. Maid service was good. There was an elevator which really helped. Good location. The price was alright. We always could find parking.

The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left.

Great place and people
We were at the 101 progress point location. We enjoyed our stay my husband was here working. We love the location with lots of restaurants close and stores .. great place to stay ! And even better it is pet friendly we were able to have our dog . The staff was all very friendly and wonderful complementary breakfast everyday …
