The stay was ok; the aftermath and simple receipt request - HORRIBLE!!!

I'm simply trying to get a GD receipt for my stay here last week. They keep sending the digital receipt for the freakin parking garage and NOT THE ACTUAL STAY AT THE ROOM! I call the numbers available, and they all go to AI, which DOES NOT HELP with this freakin easy task....... AI is making things lazier for customer service! HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF A PERSON, GODDAMIT!!!!?

I absolutely love this hotel and have stayed many times. On this occasion, someone set off the fire alarm late at night and interrupted my sleep . I never slept the rest of the night and it had a negative effect on my athletic performance the next day.

Save Your Money

Truly a terrible stay. Genuinely the worst of any that I’ve been to, including every Air BnB and motel. Stay anywhere else.

Not a positive stay experience

Overall, this was not a good hotel experience. When we arrived at the
Hampton Inn & Suites Ogden on 7/20/2026
(with check out 07/21/2026) we were told the hotel was overbooked so our king bed room was switched to a double beds room. Not ideal. The check in employee was rude and very curt with my questions and concerns about how this happened. Then, she explained that we had to park 2 blocks away in very desolate and somewhat scary parking garage. The walk back to the hotel in the dark was on almost rock the whole way in an alley - very unsafe and not ADA compliant in any way. Our room never cooled down. The shower dripped all night onto the faucet which then splashed onto the bathroom floor. We had to put towels three different times from stopping the "noise" and water on the floor. The wallpaper was coming off in one place. We were very disappointed in this visit, as have had other much better experiences at other Hampton Inns. But, we are skeptical now.

Stay wasn’t great

Landed here to be close to a sporting event.
Stayed in Park City for 3 days and the hotel experience was beautiful.
Honestly should have stayed in Park City hotel and traveled the one hour to the sporting event instead of going to this hotel in Ogden.
Parking is awful. I had to request towels and supplies several times. They don’t keep the supplies in the room. Unfortunately I won’t be back at this hotel.
