Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location, free parking. Second time here and just as good. Big and modern room too.

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Grasshopper Inn. The rooms and general areas were very clean and staff was helpful. I liked that we could just use a code to through the common doors and room. The value for that time of the year was good. It was away from the main area but short walk distance, which I appreciated being away from all the noise. This was our first time in Ogunquit and the staff was helpful on things to see/where to go.

Lovely coastal break
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious and the balcony area was lovely. It was great to rent the beach equipment and trolley rather than have to buy our own.
Betty made the breakfasts special. Her breakfast sandwiches and bakes were delicious. A really nice lady.
The little kids corner was great and our daughter enjoyed writing her travel diary there each day. The communal area was also nice and we bought ice creams from the vending machine one evening.
Short walk to beach and lots of restaurants.
Having an in room safety deposit box and a little more kitchen equipment would be great. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony with the provided glasses.
It rained one day so we went bowling at smitties a short drive away. Otherwise we were at the beach. We also walked the marginal way to Perkins Cove.

Good for couple, not so great for toodler
Good but lacks a lot of amenities. Can definitely be better For the toddlers as there are not many things to do for the toddlers.

Great stay
The Grasshopper Inn is our favorite! This was our fourth summer. It has a cozy, casual, beachy vibe. Super clean and staff are great. The property has an excellent ADA accessible room if that interests you. Will see you next summer, Grasshopper Inn!
