Good location outside Ogunquit proper. Short drive to restaurants, Omelet Factory for super breakfasts.
Billy’s Chowder Shack makes an excellent clam chowder with plenty of clams and potatoes in equal measure as well as other tasty offerings.
Highly recommended. Will be back.

If you want a hotel within walking distance to footbridge beach, then this one is okay. Our room smelled like cat urine, and mildew with a dehumidifier that we had to maintain. It being there showed that the staff knows that it’s a problem. The only relief we could get was going outside where there were other guests smoking in the porch area, which stunk as well. We told the management staff and they did not take care of it or address it. This is the second time we stayed here and this time was disappointing unfortunately, but the beach was fun.

We had a very good experience here last year, which is why we decided to come back. This year, our room was an older accessible suite, and the layout was actually very spacious and convenient for several people.Unfortunately, there was a strong musty/damp smell in the room, possibly mildew ? that was quite noticeable throughout our stay. It was disappointing and unfortunately left us with a less positive impression this time around, especially after such a great experience last year.

We arrived and I immediately went to laundry room to get a load started. While I was there, my daughter called to say how bad the room smelled. Came back and room was very dated and had a weird smell. Neighbor next door was switching due to mold in his room so I suspect mold in our room too.
I asked to switch rooms and since everything was sold out at the hotel, Jones at the front desk moved us to another property. We were very grateful for the move. 2nd property Ogunquit Tides was much better but had very low water pressure in the shower. We were happy to have a room that didn’t have carpet. It was very clean.
On the plus side, the staff is great at both properties and the landscaping is maintained well. Both have great pools.

Somewhat dated, however, roomy bedroom, bathroom and separated kitchen/bathroom sink, fridge, and coffee pot. Microwave also available and ample storage space. Non problem finding a parking spot in front of our room. Loved the multiple tables and Adirondack chairs in the front yard, and 2 sitting areas to eat daily continental breakfast. Best location for the beautiful Footbridge Beach access and restaurants! Cold A/C, hot showers, and comfy bed too!
