All good at the hotel itself. We came in July 2026 and there was a lot of construction adjacent to the location, making navigation/parking a bit challenging. As soon as that’s wrapped up, you shouldn’t have any issues. Nice downtown market area with lots of stores/restaurants in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

AVOID // Construction Blocks Garage Access

Avoid this hotel. Construction surrounding the building is not disclosed anywhere. The parking garage is not directly accessible due to the construction. You can’t even walk across the street to get to the hotel and must walk down the block and double back. Upon check-in, I expressed my frustration and asked to cancel due to the extreme inconvenience and my request was declined. The current situation at this hotel is unacceptable and must be disclosed on every platform. There is zero reference to the construction currently.

Perfect location, you can walk everywhere from there. Friendly staff, great lobby where you can hang if you have some down time.Yeah there is construction right now but it is temporary.

Writing this as my job is primarily training to improve customer service. Great job team -
The location of where this hotel was awesome. Close by to everything on my own two feet. The construction outside was quite annoying for parking but other than that it was super nice to have tons of spots close by. When I walked in I was immediately stunned by the atmosphere inside. Beautiful murals, entertainment for later and a warm welcoming vibe. as I approached the check in desk I was greeted by Autumn and B behind the counter with an open smile and friendly wave. Autumn was polite and quick to find a connection with me with to make nice conversation while checking in for the first time. B let me know he was here to serve when I was ready and offered some great recommendations. My hotel room was sweet. Tiny but nice. I’m a smaller guy who travels light. Was absolutely perfect for me.
As I got dinner and a drink later on I was greeted by the same crew as earlier. Exceptional service, great conversation and I felt at home here (after just 30 minutes). I’ll be returning here on my next visit to Omaha for work. Thank you!

Autumn and B will be pumped to hear they helped make your check in and night at the bar feel so easy and fun. You totally got what Moxy is about. Our rooms keep it sleek and simple so there’s more space to enjoy the energy downstairs. Glad the vibe clicked with you from the murals to the crew. Nice hotel…. Lots of construction around right now but workable. Probably could use a bit more staff up front to help people though
