Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. I booked a studio room, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The fully equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator kept everything fresh and organized during my stay.
The bathroom was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured great lighting—perfect for getting ready in the morning or winding down at night. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; I slept better here than I have in a long time. One of my favorite features was the desk that faced out into the room instead of the wall. It provided a wonderful workspace where I could comfortably spread out my files and get work done without feeling cramped. The desk chair was also super comfortable, which made long work sessions much more pleasant.
The staff deserves special mention—they were all extremely nice and helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. In the evenings, the hotel’s great bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere along with a nice variety of freshly brewed teas. The lobby and common seating areas were comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with board games like chess and checkers, which were a hit for families.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that combines comfort, practicality, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or with family. Five stars!

The hotel room and property were just like all the other Elements I stayed. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. No issues there.
I choose Element when possible for breakfast (most others are horrible). This one in particular is the absolute worst. The “cook” was late opening both days I was there. Breakfast consisted of a self-serve plate of bacon and a plate of microwaved mini scrambled egg muffins.
If you’re on a schedule, forget this place, save yourself the stress and disappointment.

Surprising experience from a brand we normally love

Great location. Check went smoothly. Room could have been cleaner. Spills on walls beside bed and on bathroom walls. Biggest issue with hotel is how thin the walls are. We could hear conversations of those in the room beside us clearly both nights. It startled me awake the first night as I thought they were in the same room with us. We could even hear them plugging what we guess was their phone charger into the wall socket!! Did someone forget to insulate the walls? We’ve stayed at other Elements and the lack of privacy between rooms was not present. I’d recommend you bring a white noise machine or travel fan.

Room was very clean and quiet. Everything worked perfectly. We used the pull-out couch bed for the kids which was stain free and clean and had all the bedding needed included in the bag. We requested an extra blanket for the couch bed and staff brought up two which was great. Zero complaints. We have had bad experiences lately with some hotels but this one reminded us that there are nice places still. 10/10
