We did not want to leave.

Just the best condo and complex.
So many good things.
The walk is short from your condo to the beach—-guessing 100 feet maybe?
Supreme amenities.
Wet bar with ice maker. Win!!!!
Great furniture and the balcony was out of this world—-huge, well appointed furniture. Great views. Quiet complex.

Lots to Like Here

We had a wonderful time here and will probably return in the future. We liked our accommodations and felt it couldn't have been much better. Everything was convenient and not crowded this time of the year. Huge balcony overlooking pool. grills that were covered, a nice grassy play area, covered parking, indoor pool, short walk to beach, heated jacuzzi, property very clean. Yeah , we will be back.

Beautiful Views Comfortable Condo--Would Stay Again

We stayed in unit 608 the 2nd week of May. Condo was nice, clean, & very comfortable. The balcony (accessible from both living room & master bedroom) offered beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and, on our last morning, dolphins for about 20 minutes. Ice (cubed and crushed) & filtered water available on refrigerator door. Also separate icemaker at wet bar. Would stay here again.

Condo is right on the beach with easy access on to and off of Perdido Beach Drive
Beautiful place to experience sunrise and sunset
Plenty of good dining options within 10 minutes from the condo
Safety
Enjoyed long walks on the beach at sunset and always felt secure
Car was in covered parking (for no additional fee)
Convenience
All 3 elevators were in good working order
Luggage carts provided at each level
Things that were okay but could have been better:
Master BR bed was comfortable BUT made noise whenever you sat or turned in the bed
Low shower head water pressure
Know before you go:
Renovation going on at the Broadmoor next door. Sandblasting began at 7:30 each morning. We could hear from our balcony. Asked beach service to move our chairs & umbrella to the east side. On the west side sand blasting was louder than the surf.
Kitchen nonstick cookware is is good condition, although it is relatively lightweight.
Unit 608 provides both Keurig & automatic drip (basket filter) coffee makers.
Recommend bringing extra paper goods, laundry & dishwashing/dishwasher detergent.

Beautiful View

Had a 2 bdrm on 10th floor facing beach. Absolutely gorgeous view. Beach was incredible. Sand nice no rocks. Water cool but doable. Nice room, nice kitchen. Only drawback was carpets were dirty, need shampooing. However would stay again

Perfect quiet spot

One of our biggest things when visiting the coast is to avoid large crowds. Of course this year that was easier during Covid but we have been very happy with our stay at Regency Isle. the spacious rooms, high ceilings and large balconies give our condo a high end feel without the high-end price. Extra touches like the ice machine, great water pressure, strong air conditioning, fans in the balcony and an extra half bath just put things over the top for us. We have been blessed by the efficient and courteous staff (Chuck in the garage and Sam on the beach) who have done their job well! The condo is clean with a perfect location and perfect amenities (pools, hot tubs, showers, grill areas, and beach service). We will definitely be back!
