The staff was friendly and helpful.
There were several sporting events going on this weekend that caused a few challenges with parking and elevator access on Friday/Saturday night.
Overall nice experience.

Be careful the maintenance guy he’s gonna yell at you if you leave the door open for a second to load up your car.

No complimentary Breakfast. My fault for not looking, but thought this is standard now.
Drinks from the hotel bar. $9 for a bottle of cider. Way too expensive.
Last time I stay here, I will take note for complimentary Breakfast in the future.

Mixed feelings, some things were great, others far from it.

Really want to love this hotel as part of it is great, but as others have pointed out some staff (for us one person) ruined it.
After checking in for one night, we met friends for dinner and decided we wanted to stay another night to explore. When we got back to the hotel, I asked if we could get the same rate and stay for another night. The desk clerk we spoke with had a knee brace and crutches and a bad attitude. After some discussion and verifying my rate asked for our keys so she could extend our stay.
When we checked out, I noticed we had been charged almost $50 more. I went downstairs to ask about the extra charge and the same clerk was on duty. I mentioned the extra charge and she initially told me it was the “incidental” charge that would be reimbursed, I showed her on the bill it was in fact a charge and was told she did not know how to make the change to the bill. After some more discussion she told me only managers could make changes to the charge and they would not be in until approximately 10 am. I asked for a call back, which they did and the charge was corrected. Warning here is as others have said some workers have terrible attitudes. Everyone else I dealt with was awesome. Also, watch your bills.
Also on the negative side, when we woke up and wanted to take a shower, the bottle of conditioner was empty, this is the 3rd hotel a shower item was empty when we arrived, this shouldn’t be that difficult.
We arrived on Saturday and left on Monday. Sunday morning was quiet, however due to construction across the street at 7 am heavy equipment woke us up.
Now for the good, the best mattress and best we have slept during our trip and this is our 9th different hotel, all major brands.
Everyone we came in contact with other than the one desk clerk was friendly and professional.
The shower, shower door and layout were GREAT, Marriott headquarters need to visit this hotel and make this shower mandatory at all other properties!
Overall, so much to like but a couple of things keep it from 5-stars but we would definitely return.

This place needs all new staff. VERY unprofessional and cannot believe how some of them are allowed to work there with the conversations we were hearing and how they talked to a customer while we were waiting for our food in the main lobby area. We will never stay at the Paducah location again. Also there is mold in the showers and they weren’t very clean. Do not recommend.
