Jodie, the lovely bartender
A friend and I were on our way up to run supplies to the Spokane area to bring wildfire relief donations and just picked a random spot on the way to stay the night, and ended up having the sweetest surprise by meeting your FANTASTIC bartender Jodie! What a genuinely beautiful and bright soul she is. From the second we walked up to the bar, to the end of her shift, she was so fun and felt like we’d known each other our whole lives. Not only is she great at her job, she genuinely made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much

Clean, Welcoming Hotel with One Easy Fix
We had a really nice stay overall. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations, and made us feel welcome.
The room was very clean and well cared for. My only complaint was the mattress—it had a noticeable body impression on one side and is ready to be replaced.
The Bistro was convenient, and the food was good. I wouldn’t recommend the Starbucks coffee or hot chocolate, though. We visit Starbucks all over the world, and the quality just wasn’t the same. The hot chocolate tasted like it was made with Hershey’s syrup rather than the usual Starbucks mix, which was disappointing for nearly $7. If you just need a quick cup of coffee and aren’t too picky, it’ll do.
We’ve stayed more than 100 nights at Marriott hotels this year, and this property is clearly well maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the front desk team is cheerful, welcoming, and professional.
I probably could have requested another room, and I’m sure the staff would have accommodated us if possible, but we were only there for one night and I was too tired. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress—or occasionally rotate mattresses between mirror-image rooms to even out the wear. I tend to notice this issue most at high-occupancy Courtyard properties, where one side of the bed gets much more use than the other.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we’d gladly return.

Highly recommend!!
We would highly recommend this hotel. Giavanna at the front desk was a ray of sunshine after a long day of travel. She was so helpful and did everything possible to make sure our stay was wonderful, and it was. Also, Ed in the bar was very friendly and provided top notch service. All aspects of the hotel were excellent!

Friendly, Helpful Staff Made the Stay
Incredibly friendly staff. From check in to boarding the airport shuttle we encountered nothing but smiles, greetings and a "how can we help?" attitude.
It is a new hotel and spotlessly clean in all public areas and in the room. The room was comfortably large, bright and very quiet. Restaurant and bar onsite.
We were there only one night to catch an early flight but we can recommend it for a longer stay. It sits on the edge of the airport - - a 7 minute walk through the parking lot to the terminal and easy freeway access.
It is a new hotel and spotlessly clean in all public areas and in the room. The room was comfortably large, bright and very quiet. Restaurant and bar onsite.
