Room smelled awful, wires were exposed all over the room, cable wasn't hooked up so we couldn't watch tv, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We definitely got what we paid for.

I got videos of this place and pictures, roach infested everywhere and bloody mattresses and bathrooms dirty and linens . As fast as i went in is as fast as i left in fair for me and my familys well being im already on dialysis and dont need to inherit other peoples diseases . I have videos and pictures and i have posted them as well as contacted bbb and health bureau and lehigh county code enforcement. I wont let this rest til somethings done to protect the public. They even refuse to refund money back even though i left as soon as soon as i seen the room...

Rather sleep in the car.

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Check-in took longer than it should have, and when we finally got to the room it was clearly not cleaned. The room looked dirty and unsanitary, and even getting there was unpleasant because the staircase smelled like urine. To make things worse, there were cleaning supplies left in the room.
I went back to the front desk right away to ask for a refund because the room was not acceptable. The employee refused to help and didn’t offer any solution. Because of how dirty the room was, we ended up leaving and booking another hotel that night.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since then about getting my refund, but they have been ignoring my calls and messages. Management has made no effort to resolve the issue.
Overall a very disappointing experience. The place felt poorly maintained and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

A clean, well-prepared room is one of the most basic and important standards we strive to provide for every guest, and we regret that this was not the case during your visit. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room, the presence of cleaning supplies, and the odor in the stairwell are very concerning and certainly not reflective of the experience we want our guests to have.
We are also sorry to hear that the check-in process took longer than expected and that you did not feel supported when you brought the issue to the front desk. Guests should always feel that their concerns are taken seriously and handled with care, and it is disappointing to learn that your experience left you feeling otherwise.
It is especially unfortunate that the situation led you to leave and make alternate accommodations for the night. We understand how inconvenient and stressful that must have been.
