I really enjoyed staying at extended stay in pheonix, the staff is so friendly and the ac was cold as a ice box. Would highly recommend.

We found bugs in our room and immediately reported the problem. Beth, the GM, refused to move us to another room despite our concerns. When we tried to discuss the issue further, she became rude and told us we had to leave. We were also not provided with fresh towels during our stay. To make matters worse, after being told to leave, we were not given a refund. We felt that our concerns were ignored and that we were treated unfairly. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Disgusting place

Location is on 43rd ave Phoenix
The place is disgustingly infested with roaches and spiders.
The beds are bumpy and old
Sheets are dirty and stained.
It’s been several WEEKS since we’ve been provided with housekeeping.
They refuse to switch towels
Appliances don’t work
Stove is broke
Fridge is old and moldy
Missing a microwave
No trash cans
Mold in the bathrooms
Restroom fans nor lights work.
Window screen all torn up
Kitchen Sink clogs
Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.
There’s better places for even cheaper prices.

Not clean

If you like roaches this place with be great.. There is always someone standing by the door. It's like a drug den over there.

I got in the room, turn on the light, and immediately see roaches scatter. I normally put stuff in the nightstand, but there was a cluster of roach eggs in there. There were streaks of dead roach smeared on the walls. The halls reeked of weed but thankfully it didn’t reach the room. It felt like a sketch area, but thankfully people kept to themselves the entire time and I didn’t have to worry about my car. But! You get what you paid for I guess.
