COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages. NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and pleasant environment for all residents and guests, please adhere to the following community guidelines: Prohibited Items: For the safety and security of everyone on the premises, firearms, weapons, and hazardous materials of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times. Parking Guidelines: Commercial vehicles, large utility trucks, and commercial vans are not permitted to park on or around the property.
