The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and it was a lot better then I thought it was going to be.

Our experience at this hotel was not super great overall. We had reserved a very specific room about a month in advance and then given a different room at check in. When we went to talk to the person at the front desk, who was very nice and helpful, she was able to look up our reservation in the system and see that our room had been switched just that morning by her manager. I'm not sure what kind of extenuating circumstances warranted that action without even notifying us. We were put in a room with less amenities at the same cost as our original reservation for the superior room. The hotel, as well as hotels on the surrounding area, were completely booked up for the weekend so there was nowhere else for us to stay. While we were given a discount on our stay to make up for the mistake it was outrageous that we were expected to pay full price for a room with a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub and then given a smaller room with 2 queen size beds - not the same vibe at all.

“Great little surprise”

This was a great find! Very basic. No pool, no breakfast, but they had a Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and great service. The hotel is a little dated in the lobby & hall, but the rooms have been updated, and are good size, with fluffy pillows and comfy beds. The employees were just great! The young lady who checked us in was very friendly, and the female housekeeper in the morning took my cooler to get our ice, and she also offered to help us carry luggage to the car. Very helpful!!! The property shares a parking lot with a gas station and a couple fast food joints, but is fairly quiet. It's right off the highway for easy access. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Motel 6's I've stayed in. Water pressure and temperature were great. It was clean and updated, and the staff I had were friendly. Highly recommend

I enjoy staying at this comfy, well kept motel6 in Rigby, ID., with the helpful, great staff, and convenience. I’d rather stay here than near by Idaho Falls, as it’s a smaller town that’s easy to get to right off hwy 20. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. Lots of good parking.
