The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, when we got to our room there were a tremendous amount of small hairs all throughout the bed. The bedding clearly hadn't been changed in room 314. It was very upsetting to have traveled all day to walk-in to that. The floor had not been vacuumed either. The front desk lady was accommodating and gave us clean bedding but didn't have any pillow cases?? We made due by wrapping the pillows into a clean sheet she provided. We woke to excited to get breakfast but was disappointed once again. Only had 2 cereal options, 1 waffle maker, bread and some bagels. No one was around to restock either. We decided to checkout then and go get breakfast and a coffee. When paying $120 a night for a room it should be clean and at least some breakfast to eat. We will not go back nor recommend anyone stay there. The only perk was the ac was cold.

Move on for your own health

Mold on the ceiling, dirty bedding, run down property. Noisy barking dogs. There are many more options in Rolla. I'd go somewhere else. Allowed a family to use several large floating devices in the small pool and to grill in the parking lot? Maintenance buy very friendly and remembered our Bernese Lilly from previous stays, but NOT any more.

The room smelled musty. There was a cigarette butt on the floor (we don’t smoke) There had been a leak in the ceiling not sure if they fixed it or just painted over - but looks like it’s regrowing. Husband walked around in bare feet (why I don’t know) and his feet were dirty. Housekeeping does a good job it’s the maintenance that’s sloppy. Breakfast left a good bit to be desired. Pretty disappointed.

Staff was nice but room was still dirty, sticky floor, dirty sheets. Breakfast was only waffle machine and cereal! A lot of dogs staying there, barked all night long.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was fast. The lobby and elevator had a weird odor to them though. There was free breakfast and it looked all right. I was not able to have it because of personal dietary restrictions, but the other guests there seemed to be enjoying it. Overall it was ok for a 1 night stay but not anything special.
