Outstanding customer service.
Got delayed in Rosenburg and had to book a late room and the app was not being very accomidating trying to get a room booked cause of the time of night and Kendra was problably the best customer service representive i have come across!
There was a new system implemented and Kendra made sure that i would be accomidated, was really refreshing to have someone who bascially really cared about the customer and the service they provided. Nice clean room, great shower, and the coffee on point! Definitly recommend.

Property was clean in general with a few areas that could use a little more attention. Staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good and well serviced by staff. Conveniently located for our visit to the area. Would stay again in the future and would recommend for others visiting the area.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been good. The same is true for this stey as well. The breakfast was a bit off this morning i would like to think this was a rare occurrence and not the norm. All in all still one of the nicest places to stay in town and i will book a room there again.

AC was amazing. Everything was clean. Only problem was the toilet a little difficult to flush but shower pressure was amazing. Staff very friendly.

Rip off
I recently stayed at this hotel on April 23rd and 24th 2026 I used a chime card the first night I stayed they took out the money , I went to the front desk the following morning and requested another night there they then took out of my frost card for 2 nights which was 257.00 then I look at my frost card this morning and they took out 260.00 I feel they have ripped me off cause now I got 70.00 in overdraft fees , I been going to this hotel for awhile and never ever had this happen before I will not be staying at this hotel ever again .

Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been an authorization or hold placed on your cards rather than duplicate final charges. When a stay is extended or payment methods are changed, the system can place a temporary hold while the original authorization is still pending release. These holds can sometimes appear as multiple charges until your bank processes them.
That said, we absolutely want to make sure everything is accurate and resolved for you. Please reach out to us directly at the hotel so we can review your folio, confirm the charges, and assist in getting any pending authorizations released as quickly as possible.
