Air conditioning on my floor was not working. Very stuffy/humid in the hallways but ac worked in my room so I was happy. The pictures online show a microwave was provided, however upon checking in the front desk told me my room did not have a microwave. I was disappointed and felt that was false advertising.

We enjoyed the bed in a hotel and the size of the room. However, the staff could be a little nicer.

Everything was ok. You get what you pay for. The biggest issue I had was that when I checked in there was clearly an area to eat. I asked if they had breakfast, and the lady behind the desk didn't know. I turns out that they do not, but they did have something like coffee with a shade like tea. It was not worth drinking.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Overall our stay was great. Wish the pillows weren’t so flat.

There was no breakfast. The common store they advertise is not even open. The pillows are not even pillows anymore. Please replace them. And maybe clean behind the bed.
