The room was clean. The staff was very polite and professional. There was plenty of parking. The location is very close to the Savannah River waterfront. There are plenty of daily-use businesses nearby.

The whole hotel was vey dirty. My room was never vacuumed before I checked in. Bathtub had hair in it. The odor… wow… the odor in the hotel was horrible. Can safely say I will never be going back to this Hotel again.

Shower was terrible, microwave wasn’t clean, when booking it says baby crib available but they don’t have any, the lighting in the room was TERRIBLE we were pretty much in the dark the whole stay and the cereal was stale both days we were there. The cleaners were super friendly oh and they don’t tell you you have to pay an extra deposit outside of booking which is $50-200 it’s supposed to be refundable still haven’t received my money back

The pool is NO LONGER THERE; the room and bathroom were not very clean, and my girl saw a roach in the room and was grossed out. The staff weren't rude but didn't act like typical inviting hospitality employees
The walls are paper thin....
Also, the elevator made sounds like it would trap up or break. And lastly, the breakfast absolutely sucked! And the selection was lacking

This hotel was disgusting. There was a mildew smell in the room and cigarette burns on the toilet seat.
