An amazing staff. From the onset the facility looks great, I think they need to do a deep dive into the cleaning of the bathroom; toilet & shower glass. I loved the hardwood floors.

This selection was consistently clean and comfortable. Management is working on upgrades. We were unable to take full advantage of the breakfast due to a very early work schedule and no grab and go options. The hotel is a solid value and staff are caring and engaged with guests.

The property was very well kept, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was OK, being able to make waffles probably the best part. This is a great spot to stop if traveling you need a reasonably priced overnight stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The property was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast area was very clean and offered nice continental options. Stayed for a quick sleep and would stay again when in the area.

Cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and customer care are all reasons we will return to Sonesta Essential Savannah. Our quarters and the hotel were bug-free; the beds were firm enough for our backs and forgiving enough for a deep sleep; the location made for an easy commute to the business location and the customer care is stellar. It is apparent that all departments are on task but we were most impressed with the team's responsiveness to guests' needs and questions and concerns, especially about mobility accessible accommodations.
We understand and appreciate the connection between the bug-free property status and restricting the buffet to the dining area and we hope that the property will consider Grab and Go options for people whose business days begin before breakfast hours. Even if Grab and Go remains unavailable, however, the rooms' microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator still make breakfast doable for earlier risers.
