The Hotel is an absolute pearl and offers a comfortable and beautiful place to stay when in Seattle. The food is excellent , the building has kept the beauty of past elegance and in addition provides a central location for many places to go in this cosmopolitan city.

A great hotel with a lot of character. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent especially Haylee in the bar. The outside terrace for drinks and food is fantastic. My only small quibble would be the noise of the air conditioning. We were able to switch it off at night but if I had been here in the height of summer it may have been an issue.

Enjoyed our stay. Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Rooms were clean though they do have a smell. Bed was huge and comfortable.

Historic hotel with almost everyone very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Ridley at Front desk was delightful.

The experience of staying in a classic older hotel was very unique but not at the expense of the conveniences of a modern hotel. Power strips were next to the bed and the bathroom was bright and classic marble. Room service was Available,tasty and prompt. Very clean. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. The location near the medical facilities cannot be beat. The outside courtyard in the middle of the city was a huge plus. I would absolutely stay here again.
