It was very nice and comfortable. I found the shower gels and shampoos were not very good or cleansing. I preferred bar soap and had to track down the cleaning staff to get a little more soap.

New breakfast needed

Very clean and staff was super nice but the breakfast was terrible. There was nothing hot.

Hotel staff going above and beyond

Our stay was very pleasant. I would like to recognize Aaron at the front desk for his kindness and exceptional customer service. He was welcoming, professional, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
I would also like to acknowledge Demetrius for his outstanding assistance during a small emergency we encountered. He took the time to work with us until the issue was fully resolved, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping guests. His willingness to go above and beyond was especially appreciated, particularly after we had initially been advised that there was not much that could be done. Thanks to his efforts, the matter was successfully resolved, and we are very grateful for his assistance.

Absolutely Terrible

This hotel looks to be worn down and was possibly another hotel before becoming a Spark by Hilton. Absolutely terrible experience.
Was not greeted upon arrival.
Was not thanked for being reward members.
The front desk person did not speak clear English, making it hard to understand.
There was no microwave in the room. Most hotels these days have microwaves in the room. Only thing in the room was the ice bucket and cups. No coffee maker. Nothing.
The breakfast was very basic, no hot food.
The register in the room is coming off the wall.
The TV remote did not work well.
There was a screaming kid who screamed all hours of the night every night we were here
This is not the standard I would expect from a Hilton branded hotel. Never again will I stay at a Spark hotel. As a Silver Rewards member I would expect better, even if I wasn't a Hilton Rewards member
