The coffee maker in the room was broken. We called the front desk to ask for another one. She said housekeeping would bring one. About 20 mins later a guy knocks on the door and I think he’s bringing the coffee maker. No he was there to strip the beds and get dirty linens. We hadn’t even checked out. I explained the maker was broken. He didn’t speak much English. He finally got my point and tried the maker himself. He then left and got us a brand new one. Hooray!! Then about 20 mins later the housekeeper knocks on the door and comes in. She realizes we haven’t checked out and apologizes. Glad I wasn’t naked lol. We didn’t like paying extra for parking. Parking should be included. We are already paying a bunch for the room. Why charge us extra to park?

There was chlorine powder left on a table in the pool area that our 3 year old came into contact with. Told the staff with nothing more than a thank you for letting is know from them and never heard from them again. Had to call poison control as she ingested some of it. No follow up from the staff…never heard anything!! Very disappointing!!! I hope you do better for the next child that stays there!!!

Check is 4pm and got there at 3:15pm and told me our rooms weren’t ready. Came back in 30 minutes as suggested and they simply moved us to 2 new rooms.
Could have done that 1sr trip.
Checked out on time and early at 915am and each room has $75 hold per room for incidentals which is high. No problem swiped my card.
Get home and check statement, was charged a $14.25 per room charge… still no clue of what is for as we didn’t use rooms except to shower.
Breakfast Buffett is expensive as well and this being a college town is surprising.

Front desk was rude at checkin and didn’t give me any info of the hotel. Later that night I tried calling to the front desk and nobody would answer. Room was ok looking. However when you look at details it was not. Air conditioning barely made the room cool, tub took forever to drain. After a quick shower water was up past my ankles, yes I made sure it was not plugged. Night stand and questionable splatter all over the side of it. Ice machines are not where the signs say. Only helpful employe was the house keeper that was down by the front desk (no other employee was found when I was checking out at 7:40 am. They charge $12.25 per day for parking I was not informed of until it showed up on my credit card. She said read the fine print when booking.
