85 degrees out but the pool does not open til 10am. I wanted to hit the pool after breakfast. I online checked in, asked for early checkin. Due to staffing issues room was not ready til after 3pm. Seems to be a lot of building maintenance that is taking too long to complete.

Worst hotel
It was terrible. The whole room smells of mold. There is black mold everywhere!! It is damp everywhere in the room. It is unbelievably dirty. I find it irresponsible. We paid $300 for 2 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and absolutely cannot understand all the reviews. We were not even offered another room. For me, this is a health hazard.

I really wanted to give a 5 stars. Let me start with the positive. The man at the front desk was great. The Sunset from the back of the property is breathtaking. They do have a small area for your dog so that was pretty cool. The place is close to everything so very convenient. Now the only negative that for me was a whole turn off is the room was dirty. The floor was so dirty that my 14 months old walking on it her feet was literally black. It was lots and lots of hair in the bath drain like to the point were water wasn’t running down the drain. It was hair in the sheets… Hope the sheets were washed but I doubt it since it was very wrinkled and with hair… other than tightening up their cleaning skills everything else was good

The property was clean and very well maintained. The pool was clean and a nice place to relax. The room was perfect. They even have a Colombian food restaurant with amazing food. Peter and the entire staff were amazing

Always a great stay! Our daughter spent four years at Flagler College and we have stayed here at least 10-15 times. Great location, decent pricing, clean rooms, the deck out back to chill on the river. Joel is a total bad ass and extremely good at what he does, he deserves a raise. Thanks so much!
