Great staycation!!

Clean, quiet property with a pool on the 3rd floor roof! I was upgraded to the 14th floor with extra goodies available. I Highly recommend!

The only problem we had was when we sent our laundry down to be washed. My husband‘s ravens were an in shirt pocket and we didn’t get those returned and one Reebok black sock..

Overall, our stay was okay, but definitely had some room for improvement. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that when the club-level rooms were full, they moved us to another floor while still keeping our club-level amenities. They also offered to comp our parking, although the pass didn’t work when we tried to leave the garage.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise. There was a wedding/reception happening, and people were coming in and out of the halls and slamming doors pretty much all night. Our room door also had about a 1/4-inch gap along the bottom, which seemed to let every bit of hallway noise in. Between that and the wedding guests, I barely slept. The bed was also pretty firm and the pillows weren’t great.
The club lounge was decent, but it was extremely hot while we were there.
The staff definitely deserves credit because everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, the noise and lack of sleep made the overall stay just average for us.

Very nice property! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Coffee shop was very good and location for me was perfect!

Downtown Hyatt

Great location and atmosphere! The staff was first class! The room was great…the bath a little dated but overall a great place to spend the weekend!
