Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient.

SOOOO MANY ROACHES!!! And the staff could not care less. We accidentally booked one too many nights and when we tried to get reimbursed for that third night, they wanted to charge us $138 to cancel our room, with returning none of the third nights price. They blame everything on online booking and they pay no attention to quality and service, because everything seems to be controlled by this online, AI no way to run a business. Cleanliness is number one in a hotel, and if you can see the roaches, just imagine the bacteria and infestation of germs on everything else. Such a disgrace.

The room has a full-size fridge, a cook top, and microwave. Even though I only booked a single queen bed room, we got a room with two queen beds for the same price. The tub was a bit rough. The plumbing was loose in the wall, you had to be careful turning on the shower and the shower head was at a strange angle and hard to adjust being loose. Overall, the room was clean, the location of the property was easily accessible to the highway and for one night, it was perfect for our needs. The staff was outstanding!

The floor was very dirty. Drywall was busted in a few areas. The floor of the shower was cracked and felt as if you were going to fall through. The shower head was terrible and either was full massage or barely anything. Air conditioner worked great

This hotel never disappoints. The staff is always nice and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. I also really appreciate the added layer of security with a key required to access guest areas. Did I mention the price isn't bad either?
