Every employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was impeccably clean—every surface was spotless, which immediately stood out.
The complimentary continental breakfast offered plenty of options and was well stocked each morning. The pool was sparkling clean and very well maintained, and the private beach access was convenient, easy to get to, and just a short walk or drive away.
The hotel is on the pricey side, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for. The quality of the accommodations, cleanliness, service, and amenities made it well worth the cost.
My only negative isn't really about the hotel itself—it's that there aren't many restaurants within the immediate beach area, so you'll likely need to drive for more dining options.
Overall, I highly recommend the Breezeway Boutique Hotel. It exceeded my expectations and earned an A+ in my book.

Check-in was smooth. It was a very warm day and I was pleased when we entered our room that the A/C was on. Room was very clean. Hotel grounds were immaculate. Although we didn’t use the pool during our short stay, very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I could complain about is that it was quite expensive, but I get that it was peak summer vacation season.

The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous. The free breakfast in morning and proximity to the beach was worth paying the higher rental price for sure.

Fabulous Vacation
Phenomenal Experience
When looking for a place to stay at the shore in RI, I came upon this site by happen chance- what a lucky find.
My husband and I were going to travel with our daughter, son-in-law and 22 mo grandson so we were looking for a place that was child friendly! After chatting with I think one of the owners we booked it immediately! She was so helpful and kind.
Upon arrival we found a very mid- entry modern place- made me think of what might have been 50 years ago when traveling with my parents but definitely updated!!
Beautifully landscaped grounds, lots of green grass for a toddler to run around, fountains (that he loved watching) and a small playground. Also saw the well enclosed beautiful pool area with lots of chairs and towels.
Our daughter et al chose to stay in a large standard room which fit their needs perfectly! My husband and I stayed in the Sebe Cottage that had a small deck with table, chairs and an umbrella (which they opened and wiped down the chairs every morning!)
Both places were spotless- more so than any luxury hotel we have stayed at in the past.
The lobby was workers were all so friendly and helpful! And the breakfast area was right behind the reception area. In between there were books for all ages and games. My grandson loved seeing the ABC sign! Also a throw back “pac-man” game!
Continental breakfast was perfect for all of us. My only “complaint” was that the bagels were a little stale. Seating was a little tight, but right outside were tables & chairs if you chose to eat outside or go back to our little deck!
Perfect having the private beach access a two minute drive away with plenty of free parking and very clean restrooms. We actually had dinner our first night across the street from the beach at Maria’s (their sister property) and the service & food were both excellent!
The heated pool was delightful- especially considering the sun was out but temperatures in the low 70’s. A perfect place to be after a busy morning and afternoon nap!
The other pluses was a short 20 min drive to Mystic and the Aquarium and a quick ride to center of Westerly for dinner or walk around a pretty funky town! Also very close to Watch Hill which is also very beautiful.
All in all a perfect location at a lovely very well maintained place.
Our only negative was the bathroom shower- took about 10 mins to get hot water and the shower handle was a little wonky. Hard to tell where to switch from cold to hot water.
Otherwise a very delightful stay. We are already talking about coming back next summer for a longer stay!
