NO NO NO DON'T STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wrote a long review as to why on Google but the rooms are nasty, shabby, bug and mold infested, probably used for unhoused persons at some point and totally not worth the money. Stay at the new Home 2 Suites down the road and be aware this Sonesta had the absolute worst representing pictures online.

However, making disparaging and dismissive comments about unhoused individuals is completely unacceptable. No one at the front desk had to wait 20min. First room was disgusting had to be moved . Second room was only slightly better. Bad smells coming from many rooms . People hanging out all over the place . Gas leak was detected had to leave then was refused a refund even though we could have died because of the 40 year old gas pipe system leaking

This is the worst sonesta I have ever stayed at. The place is really ran down. The room was dirty. The shower didn’t work properly the carpet was dirty, the couch was broke. They ran out of breakfast earlier and the lady refused to get any more meat. The eggs were cold and white but not labeled as egg whites. Every thing about its was horrible except the gentleman at the front desk. He checked us in quickly. The area wasn’t closed to pretty much anything. I would never stay here again.

The room over all not impressed at all. Only two towels even though I booked for 3 and room was to sleep 4. The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. The sofa bed had no bedding. Just got back from concert realized this. Called front desk no answer so walked there and was giving everything to carry back to my room, including the pillow. Body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner dispensary completely caked with soap scum. Breakfast will be at 9 on the dot! And was empty @ 845 had to wait but everything picked up by staff promptly at 9. No forks, no coffee creamer only would offer milk. Horrible service and breakfast. Walked out 5 staff members standing by front desk. Needless to say I will not be going back. Stayed here two times prior never had an issue.

Property is run down, weed-strewn with cracked, broken sidewalks and peeling paint. Room was dirty ( hair in shower when we arrived), stained rusted v bc bathtub. Faded, stained furnishings. Breakfast room dirty; sticky stain on one table watchers for two days-nothing wiped down. Looks like someone bought property and is planning on testing it down as NO maintenance or repairs have been done.
