Never book this place- Save yourself

This is honestly the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bedding is old and worn out, and the carpets outside the rooms and leading to the elevators are filthy. You can literally see how dirty they are. The furniture is outdated and everything looks nothing like the pictures online. It feels misleading and disappointing from the moment you walk in.
On top of that, the hotel is far from the beach, I paid a lot of money expecting a decent stay, and what I got was a run-down place that clearly hasn’t been maintained. Definitely not worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Bad, trip from hello.

We couldn't sleep due to a farewell
party or something similar, as the kids kept knocking on our room doors. We tried to alert management, but no action was taken. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my stay. Additionally, the carpet in the lobby had a strong unpleasant odor.

I traveled from Ghana to visit Durban only for me to get to the Albany hotel in Durban only for me to be told i cant check in until after two meanwhile I got to the hotel from the airport around 8 am I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me so I need a refund back because I didn’t even sleep there at all

Small rooms
Blanket are dirty and smelly
Security knocks every hour
Bathroom water overlap the bedroom
No towels
No privacy it was just a disaster
