Improvement the restaurant when one orders a meal let the team state the exact time it takes to prepare a meal and not over promise by Lessing the hours.
Otherwise the service is excellent.

There is Glory in Juba Regency…there space to shoot customer experience to heaven
The checkin system is a little backwards with paper but better that it is just one page
Food service on efficient but the breakfast is same thing over and over and over again. The breakfast tends to be specific to certain local needs which is limiting for an international hotel
Security is very tight in the rooms however gate entrance is worrying in terms of checking for weapons in walk-ins and there is zero check for cars

Awsome place to spend time
The personal were professional and food meet the expectation. Have been inbthe morgning and the music was pleasant, lunch time appropriate and evening was as well great.
The meeting room are well maintained.
