Exceptional Event Experience at Pyramid Continental Hotel

I recently hosted a two-days event in the Eagle Ballroom at Pyramid Continental Hotel, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the moment we started preparing, everything was organized professionally. The hall was fully set up the night before the event, giving us complete peace of mind.
I also ordered a cake from the hotel, and it was honestly one of the best cakes I have ever had in Juba—absolutely delicious and worth every bite!
What truly made the experience outstanding was the dedication of the team. The banquet staff, especially Kabaka Daud, Lucky, and David, were exceptional. They were always available, professional, kind, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Rodrigo from the Food & Beverage team and Veronica from the Marketing team were equally responsive and supportive throughout the planning and execution of the event. The IT team also did a fantastic job by ensuring we had reliable Wi-Fi throughout both days.
The level of commitment, hospitality, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made hosting this event completely stress-free. I highly recommend Pyramid Continental Hotel to anyone looking for a professional venue for conferences, exhibitions, weddings, or any special event in Juba.

First time with my family and we felt it was the right place to have meal with anyone who has a family . But loud music

Indeed, it was a great atmosphere and a beautiful restaurant with nice meal. But the most outstanding thing i witness was the service. Very perfect especially that staff by the name Geri Simon. The way he smiles and the way he made sure i and my family were satisfied. Can't wait to go back again with my family. Thank you

Awesome experience

The location of Pyramid Continental Hotel is awesome and easy to be navigated to. The atmosphere is serene and nice. It can boast of the nicest and warmly reception.
