Midsummer weekend stay

Stayed here for 4 nights over midsummer while visiting friends .
The hotel is in an excellent location very central , overlooking the river . It’s very pretty.
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly
The bedroom was comfortable and very clean with everything you could need including toiletries and hairdryer.
There was a small kitchen on the corridor next to our room with tea and coffee making facilities.
Excellent breakfast served each morning.
I would definitely recommend this hotel

Terrible

The dirtiest place I've ever been in my life. Never experienced such a dusty room before. The owners were angry when we commented on the cleaning after changing rooms 3 times.

Nice budget hotel in the middle of town!

Spontaneously booked a beach trip to our favorite city to take advantage of the last heat wave of the summer. Came late in the evening to Ängelholm by train, solved with smooth self-check-in. We stayed in the annex, around the corner from the main house, in a room with kitchenette and rooftop views. Quiet and quiet at night, went well to sleep with open window. So nice with fridge in the room so you can stock up with drinks hot days. There was also a dishwasher in the kitchenette. Laundry room was in the adjacent corridor, to borrow for free. A lamp in the room was broken, but we didn't bother pointing it out because of the summer light. Perfect breakfast selection! My husband who is vegan lacked sandwich spreads (though there was hummus) but that was the only thing. The staff is familiar and interested in the comfort of their guests, and is happy to offer tips over breakfast. There's something charming about locking your door with a real key, unlike how it works at all the flashy hotel complexes that have taken over across the country today. We liked this little personal hotel and will certainly come back sometime!

And army budget hotel

Andarmigt budget "hotel" at the same price as hotel chains. Cosy room with broken handle and hooks. Balcony facing the street gives disturbing engine noise night/night. No air conditioning, poor ventilation. Breakfast ok but tasteless scrambled eggs. Plus is the central location and coffee.
Stay elsewhere on your next visit to Ängelholm.

Central, but no more...

Unfortunately not a hotel I will return to. We lived in the annex and the “sofa bed” was more like a normal sofa that it was made in.
It was also dirty in places.
Was very warm where breakfast was served, but the selection was okay given the low price.
Easy to find parking.
