Keep away
The hotel did not live up to my expectations. The fact that the room is only cleaned every four days does not match what I expect from a four-star hotel. The rooms were simple, the service felt limited, and the overall experience was not in proportion to the price. I'm not going to choose this hotel again

How to have disastrous hotel service
It is impossible to open your suitcase anywhere other than on your bed, there is no closet to store it, no safe, a ceiling light that falls to the floor, and a 50% chance of having functional air conditioning in the room. Then, the service, which seems welcoming and understanding upon arrival, quickly changes when we point out the obvious malfunctions of the room. Moreover, the male staff may treat you like fools. Additionally, we needed to keep medical treatments at temperatures between 1 and 8°C, and the hotel guaranteed that they could maintain this temperature in the reception refrigerators. When evening came, we discovered the refrigerators at +9°C. The location is terrible; there is only one bus line that goes only to the center, and there is only one decent restaurant nearby that fills up too quickly.
This was the nail in the shabby coffin of this miserable hotel.
