I like this hotel even though it has some kind of rough patina.
You get what you pay for.
The morning omelettes are nice.

It’s an average hotel. Booked a double room which looks quite old and shabby. It also has a peculiar smell. No WiFi in the rooms as there was some maintenance going on. The coated us £200 for 2 nights. I would say spent 100 more and stay close to the center which is very vibrant.

Unfresh

Old and worn, 89's bathroom with sun bath and moldy shower curtain. Different height of beds. Generally lousy. Not worth the money

central, but bring cloth to wash the room yourself

stayed there for two nights with the family in a family room. Was greeted by a nice receptionist who informed us about available parking space in the locked garage. The room hade veranda and was of good size. But it was very dusty and dirty. It seemed like it was just changing the bed and dumping garbage. There was a thick layer of dust in both the living room and the bathroom. There was no soap in the dispensers and we only got three large towels. Had to ask about small. The TV didn't work and when we said to the night guard, she didn't understand what we meant.
Breakfast was totally ok, but nothing more. little selection of orders, but only what one had to have.

Poor customer treatment

Having booked through a third party (Agoda) came to the hotel and was informed that the room was cancelled, had paid 2999,- for the room in advance and was informed that the room could not be cancelled.We received no help from the hotel and were thrown on the street. I have sent several emails but received no reply. Incredibly poor customer treatment. We received no reply as to why the order was cancelled. Just got notified that they have not registered booking number and not received money. Probably they've double booked and given our room to someone else. Worst customer treatment I've ever experienced.
