Our room was never cleaned during our 4-day stay, despite complaints andpromises that it would be.
The room was old, smelled due to poor ventilation, and had exposed electrical cables sticking out of the walls.
With no air conditioning and almost no ventilation, it was very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not stay here again.

Take another hotel

Noted lack of cleaning (but not the front desk staff who could help this)
Less good breakfast, maybe we were wrongly cancelled because of the room and bathroom

Great location and clean but no luxury hotel, good enough

Great location and nice staff and had to check in earlier, garage available . No luxury hotel and our room was small but clean and good enough. There is no restaurant or bar but there are super good places nearby

Worst breakfast in living memory and concrete pigs as head pillows!

A hotel on dekis. Nice staff but far from the standard of the hotel. Worn aisle mats with tripping risk in stairwells. The rooms are good sized but the beds are hard and the pillows are like tall concrete pigs. A night at this place gave constant awakenings with pains in the neck and back. The breakfast was downright awful for me with gluten intolerance, mediocre for the other family members. The gluten-free bread that consisted of two slices of gray, dry bread in cellophane and a kind of equally gray crispbread and some cornflakes that lost their color and thus gray even them! None of it could be eaten , but they had placed it on the coffee table with wheat buns and small croissants . It didn't make the impression any better. The scrambled eggs that was possible for me to digest had solidified into an omelette and tasted like sulfur that only overcooked egg roots can glisten and the bacon lay in undifferentiated clumps swimming in fat. Eating your fill of smoked ham, peppers and cucumber slices was not top notch breakfast and especially not with an aching back and neck. Shame on Best Western who advertises the best breakfast when you offer guests something like this! Better should mi be able to today 2026! Bark bread was served in the 19th century!
Really recommend in tea this hotel to anyone! Not affordable!

We were crammed in 4 people in a room for 2 people. Upon arrival there were 3 beds so we had to ask for another bed which was a hassle for them.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular.
