Great staff!

Coming in the middle of the student rush when there are most people in town, at the hotel's outdoor terrace and in their bar. In other words, chaos. Can't manage to check in & the staff is absolutely fantastic. Brought their own food that they took care of & put cold. Fixed everything in this rush.
My mother came down to the restaurant when it was closed & they heated a portion of food so she had to eat & sit in the restaurant. So damn service minded. Absolutely awesome! So nice. Will be back soon!

Rooms are not as described!dont

The room was not as advertised — there was no wardrobe, no drawers, and virtually no storage, meaning we had to live out of suitcases, creating a trip hazard. The bathroom also flooded due to poor drainage, and the room had maintenance issues including a partially broken curtain and an oddly placed TV across a window.
We were moved rooms after complaining, but the second room (supposedly the largest available) had the same issues, so nothing was actually resolved.
Before arrival, there were also problems with the booking, including no confirmation email despite payment and being told on arrival the booking was only for one person.
Breakfast was excellent and some staff were helpful, but that does not make up for a room that is clearly not as described.
Most disappointing of all is that the hotel has failed to properly acknowledge or resolve these issues after my stay.
I would not return.

Breakfast was good.
Rooms are very small mNo working space. I had to complain about noisy air conditioner and get the room changed. But I had to go down to get the keys to other room. Paid parking is expensive.

Good location

Functional, very small rooms, no wardrobes, very small table for working/kettle, air conditioner control too bright at night (difficult to sleep),
Good breakfast, nice sauna/gym,

Nice hotel.

Good hotel with good breakfast. A cozy place with friendly staff. I knew that check-in was only 3 pm but I thought maybe you could fix a room earlier when I announced early arrival.

Vi försöker alltid tillmötesgå era önskemål om tidig incheckning men ibland kan faktorer som rumstyp spela roll i hur snabbt rummen städas och färdigställs, samt hur sent gästerna valde att checka ut samma morgon.
