Inaugurato ad aprile 2018, il Box Hotel di Linköping vanta una piscina all'aperto fruibile tutto l'anno e un centro benessere. Potrete rilassarvi nella vasca idromassaggio o nella sauna e gustare un pasto nel ristorante in loco.

Functional hotel with SPA
Area/Mode
The hotel is right next to a gas station and Max's burger restaurant.
Parking
When you enter the reception you scan a QR code, register your details and pay. There is parking with charging posts as well.
Rooms
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The walls are painted in a dark olive green shade that makes the rooms feel even smaller. The oblong windows do not open, but the AC is really good and works! This is almost unique in Swedish hotels. You can influence the room temperature by turning on the AC control in the room (usually absolutely nothing happens when you try to regulate the AC in a Swedish hotel, but this is how it works). Coffee and tea are available at the reception (see picture), but nothing in the room. Ironing board and iron are available in the room. Unfortunately, no small fridge where you can store your chilled drink, but an ice machine just outside our rooms. If you want cleaning (if you stay more than one night) you must ask for it at the reception the day before.
Breakfast
Served on the ground floor, patio in shade available. Basic breakfast menu, nothing extra out of the ordinary but works well. I missed peppers, sliced tomato and Bregott (if there was any plant-based flavorless version, if you wanted Bregott you had to ask the staff for this).
SPA - Wellbox - booked
You get a bathrobe and slippers at the reception, change in the hotel room before going to the SPA. A small patio on the ground floor with outdoor pool, 34 degrees, with afternoon sun (the sun comes sometime in the middle of the day). Some armchairs, no sun loungers. There is a small sauna outside too. Inside a larger 34 degree pool, hot tub, sauna, ice tub, showers (not for changing, private).
Gym
Two treadmills, but one had broken buttons, could not regulate the speed.
