Opening of the new rooms

Everything was great, from the room to the service in the restaurant. We stayed in one of the newly built rooms and the bed was really comfortable! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The only small negative I could experience was the unnecessarily loud volume of music in the bar / restaurant and in the large public toilet. Perfectly okay noise level later in the evening when you want to have a drink in the bar but not at 7 pm when you are going to have dinner a company and talk to each other. On top of this, everything was great! Can really recommend this hotel for those who visit Luleå.

Rummen helt okej. Sauna och spa okej. Night personal not good. Absolutely no feeling and sturbing a good Flow. Big insult to a good paying room

Good and clean room in the newest part of them hotel where we were staying. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Parking inside, 195 kr for a day.

Can't remember the last time I stayed in a Best Western Hotel. Didn't know what to expect, but the Savoy name rises expectations. The hotel is situated bang in the city centre. We arrived by car, and were able to find parking nearby. The hotel also offered parking and that's a good service to the guests.
We were met with a bit of clumsiness by the two receptionists to begin with, but then things started to flow. Our room wasn't cheap, so we had expectations. But it was quite nice. Not more space than we needed, though (two adults and our teenaged daughter), but it was for one night only, so.
The restaurant- and bar area on the first floor came alive later in the evening and there were also outdoor seating along the main street. Very cosy, indeed!
The room were in a newly renovated and very quiet part of the building. Modern and stylish. Not much of a view, but we didn't come for the view either.
The breakfast were served in the restaurant/nightclub area on the main floor. Stylish chairs and seating arrangements, also suitable for larger groups. The breakfast was OK, but we expected more. There was an attempt on a English breakfast, but without the fried eggs and tomatobeans (how could you!) it's not a English breakfast. The scrambled eggs were perhaps supposed to be a substitute. Sadly it didn't taste very much. Otherwise it was what you could expect, but nothing more. Plus for a brilliant array of pastries for the coffee/tea.
All in all a recommandation from us!

Not pet friendly stay

One night stay, heading from Finland to Norway. 3 small dogs with us, and some ”dog hater” in next room. Complained 2 times to reception ”dogs constantly barking”. We were off ~1hour at the spa at first night, and then breakfast 30min. Atleast when we left;no noice, when arrived no noice..they are german spitzes so definitely in alert if they hear something.. and our room in the middle of the hallway. There is a separate breakfast space with dogs, but how can we eat if we have 3 dogs and near a lot of more dogs? However we have travelled all around in Finland and other countries and this is the first time we hear this kind of complain, i definitely understand that night time and early morning no noice.. there was even night time some people shouting, kids screaming etc. We cannot recommend this hotel with pets. We paid ~18€ for dogs, and usually other hotels had given some small gift for dogs even ( treats, poop bags..) this is not pet friendly hotel. Otherwise the room was nice, spa area nice, breakfast 4/5.
