This hotel made we want to stay in the area even longer. I can't recommend it enough! It was super clean, tastefully decorated and centrally located. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of hot water. There were tons of activities to do and we always got a sense of calm yet fun when walking in the doors. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We couldn’t use any amenities due to loss of Power and Water for almost 24 hours. We had no flashlights to get to our room. No Emergency lights Anywhere! No way to charge our phones to use our own flashlights. They provided no bottled water. No vouchers were offered for food. We were not offered the Credit for a hotel that was not usable. They said there was security, I never saw anyone. Our electronic keys didn’t work and had to be taken to my room up dark, spiral staircase. This was a horrible experience at Downtown Camper Stockholm. Most disappointing was no compensation or other accommodations offered.

Nice hotel, but you should find a different neighborhood

The hotel itself was fine but I really really wish I had booked almost any other area in Stockholm. Walk half a mile in any direction and there are beautiful buildings with Swedish charm, but the downtown area here just felt like a knock-off New York. The area was overwhelmingly crowded with tourists, the normal urban buildings filled with chain stores lacked visual appeal, and it was frustrating to navigate. Google maps directions weren't super helpful getting to places from the hotel, as it struggled to account for the fact that the streets had different "levels" or "stories" in several spots. The only way I found to get to many places was to go through a shopping mall.
As for the hotel itself, there were very frustratingly long waits for elevators, and it was a weirdly long check-in at the front desk. Lots of dust in the nooks and crannies of my room, and I wish I could have opened the windows more than just a crack, but those are minor nitpicks. I had to walk 20 minutes to get to an open laundromat. Other than that it was nice! Lots of bells and whistles that I wasn't interested in but that might have been great.

Super hotel

Beautiful, clean, fun hotel with relaxing atmosphere.
Location was fantastic. Walking distance to most sights on the list.
Rooms were spacious and had everything you’d need for your stay. We were on the first floor and it wasn’t too noisy.
Good value furniture money.
Restaurant and drinks on site were great.

Yeah our location in the best you could ask for. Like you said everything is within a walk and that gives our guest a great opportunity to explore everything Stockholm has to offer.

Great stay for a family in the city

We had a great stay for 2 days in Stockholm. Great location, room was very comfortable for our family of 4 and the breakfast had everything you could ever wish for.
