Countryside all around

Nice and cosy little however modern hostel with generous breakfast buffé. TV-room and laundry service. Along bicycling route across Scania province. Ystad harbor nearby 5 km. with connections to Bornholm island, Denmark.

Close to Daniel Berlin

We stayed here one night when we had a reservation at Daniel Berlin. It's only a few minutes walk from the restaurant and that's the best feature. It's a hostel where you either pay for cleaning, bed linen etc or you take care of it yourself. When we cleaned before leaving, we noticed that others had not been so good at cleaning after themselves.
The hostel itself is in a very cosy and quiet setting and it is also close to a very nice little chocolate shop/factory.
We paid extra for breakfast which was quite ordinary with "nothing special" on it. Boiled eggs, bread with the regular toppings, yoghurt, coffe/tea and juice. During summertime at least, I am sure there are much better options close by.

The only place to stay

If you want to stay the night close to Daniel Berlin, this is the only option. Rustic and cosy place, an old mill consisting of severall buildings. Some are just B&B, one - where we stayed - is more as a hotel, although quite simple. Clean, warm (it was half a meter of snow when we visited), and a good, solid breakfast without any fuzz. A bit expensive, but OK.

Vi tog det billigaste rummet som heter Anexet och blev positivt överraskade. Rummet var finare än på bilden! Bra service med trevlig personal. På morgonen serverades god frukost och omgivningen var riktigt fin!

ÖVERPRISAT BOENDE!

Vi bodde här en natt under vår roadtrip i Skåne. Lätt att hitta dit och de var vänliga att hänga ut nyckeln vid vår sena incheckning. Ett charmigt ställe, men tyvärr otroligt överprisat. Ett litet rum (ca 6 kvm) med skjutdörr som var svår att låsa. Badrum & pentry delas med övriga rum i huset. En simpel frukost erbjuds. För 1650kr hade vi förväntat oss mycket mer.
