Nice little hotel

Two days spent in this small hotel run by a friendly hostess. Simple but very good lunch, homemade jam, local cheese and excellent bread. Large room and nice double bed, but shower and toilet outside.
This small hotel is very well located to radiate and visit this beautiful region of Grisons.

Surprise

On our e-bike tour we were surprised here today with a wonderful lunch cooked by the chef. The service, professional and warm from the boss, all no longer so natural in this day and age. Thank you, we would love to come back.

Great Welcome - Excellent value

This is an exceptionally welcoming, good value small hotel right beside the Tavanasa train station. I arrived after an all day hike, hot and exhausted to a be greeted by Sabina and Pierre, a really lovely couple who made me instantly feel cared for and 'at home'. The hotel is quite quirkly - in the best sense - with lots of family heirlooms, teddy bears and photographs. I had a small room with a comfortable bed and a TV. There was a shared bathroom with two excellent showers and plenty of shampoo, shower gels etc. For dinner, as it was a hot evening, I opted for a large mixed salad which came with delicious melted goat's cheese and apple. Sabina stayed to find out about my day - which as a solo traveler I really appreciated - but then left me to enjoy my dinner. Breakfast the next morning was amazing - a huge individual plate of fresh fruit, a whole fresh loaf of bread on my table plus a croissant and then a platter with meat, cheese and yoghurt all locally sourced served with excellent coffee. Breakfast easily kept me going for the next stage of my long hike. This would be an excellent stopping off point for anyone hiking along the Rhine, doing the EuroVelo 15 or just generally visiting the area.

Outstanding Breakfast, perfect Service

I stayed for a night. The dinner was delicious, very nice people. I had a really outstanding, great breakfast, I can highly recomend it.
The rooms are basic but clean, low-priced and have even a television.

Einzigartige Entdeckung. Ein Ort mit Seele

Eine wunderschöne Entdeckung, 6-Sterne und mehr. Ein sehr herzliches Paar führt diese liebevolle Unterkunft. Es gibt schmackhaftes Frühstück und hervorragendes Abendessen vom wundervollen Koch Pierre. Ich danke Pierre und Sabina für die wunderschöne Woche an diesem einzigartigem Ort. Ich werde wieder kommen.
