Excellent service and friendly staff!

Fantastic service and friendly staff met us at the hotel arriving late during Christmas 2025. Stayed for 6 nights. All prepared when we arrived. Spacious room, clean and new. Had our breakfast every day at the hotel prior to skiing in the alps. And again, fantastic friendly and helpsom lady serving breakfast with fresh ham, cheese, bread, delicious croissants, excellent coffee. Also enjoyed propably the best restaurant in the whole area, for dinner. Wow, what a service and friendlyness. New years eve, fantastic meal! Popular restaurant prooves its quality. All the best recommendations. Really hope we will be back at some time!

A place to avoid

The hotel also has a restaurant. Upon entering you are immediately in the crowds
The staff walks back and forth and therefore has little time for a pleasant reception. Everything goes short. You don't feel welcome.
Our rooms were on the 3rd floor only accessible by stairs.
The room is small the beds okay.
You can just turn your ass there.
The bathroom is not suitable for big people. The shower is too small.
Breakfast was only possible from 8 am. No intention of having breakfast a little earlier. But there is still a friendly bakery in the village.
People pretend to be an academy of pizza. So you expect quality.
Too bad, then. No fresh produce but from a jar and the freezer.
A waste of money. Again, the farmerly approach to the customer. Apparently a normal attitude of the gentlemen walking around here.
The ordered coffee may be getting cold somewhere but we have not seen.
And all with a disappointing experience.
A fat failing grade in the content of hosting.

Poor

Expensive for what it is and what it offers. Paying 150 francs for a night without lunch is worthy of a 4 star Inn like this. Rooms without more, no fans and unbearable heat at night. The beds not comfortable also. The rather cold welcome does not make us want to come back.

We won't come back

For the 2nd time we are coming in a group with children. The food is excellent but the welcome and service leaves something to be desired. Not a gesture towards families with young children. And in the morning, the waitress was not friendly at all.
