Highly recommend for a short stay
Guest relations were also excellent, with quick and helpful communication via email. Arranging a baby cot and a fridge was handled smoothly and without any hassle.
A special mention also goes to the staff member at the Sessions restaurant who managed the triage—he was very professional and handled everything efficiently. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed experience.

It’s wonderful to know that you found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the bathroom and large balcony. We’re also very happy that our spa area — including the pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation facilities — added to your experience.
We appreciate your comments about getting to the ski area as well. Many guests find the walk to the Jakobshorn station manageable, and the free bus is certainly a convenient option, especially after a long day on the slopes.

Conflicting information and little customer-friendly parking regulation
Before arriving, I asked by phone for a reservation – I was told this was not possible, but I could park if there were places available. At check-in, a staff member also confirmed that I could leave my car on the day of departure until the evening, as I would ski all day.
The next day, however, I was asked to vacate the parking lot as early as 12:00, as new guests would arrive. After discussion, I was granted a maximum of 2:00 p.m., which is hardly feasible during a ski day. I therefore had to leave earlier than planned.
It was particularly disappointing that no insight was shown, although I was obviously given the wrong information. Also the parking fee of CHF 15 per night was not mentioned in advance.
A hotel of this category should provide clear, consistent information and respond cultarily to its own mistakes. It’s a pity – this has significantly worsened the overall impression.

Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass die Parkplatzsituation Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat, und wir verstehen sehr gut, wie frustrierend widersprüchliche Informationen in diesem Zusammenhang sein können.
Gerne möchten wir unsere Parkplatzregelung höflich und klar erläutern. Ein Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen grundsätzlich vom Zeitpunkt des Check‑ins bis zum Zeitpunkt des Check‑outs zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gewähren wir aus Kulanz eine Verlängerung bis 14:00 Uhr, damit der Abreisetag etwas entspannter gestaltet werden kann. Nach 14:00 Uhr benötigen wir die Parkplätze jedoch für neu anreisende Gäste. Auch wenn die offizielle Check‑in‑Zeit um 15:00 Uhr liegt, treffen viele Gäste bereits früher ein, weshalb wir die Parkplätze ab 14:00 Uhr wieder freigeben müssen. Diese Regelung soll sicherstellen, dass alle Gäste die gleichen Chancen auf einen Parkplatz haben.
Dass Ihnen dennoch eine spätere Nutzung zugesichert wurde, war ein Fehler unsererseits, und dafür möchten wir uns in aller Form entschuldigen. Ebenso bedauern wir sehr, dass die Parkplatzgebühr von CHF 15 pro Nacht nicht im Voraus erwähnt wurde. Beides entspricht nicht dem Anspruch an Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit, den wir unseren Gästen bieten möchten.
Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung sehr ernst und werden intern sicherstellen, dass unser Team künftig einheitlich informiert und in solchen Situationen sensibler und kulanter reagiert.
